Refund policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund of the item's purchase price. 

You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your return.

All return items must be unworn with their original tags. They  must be securely placed within original packaging and include all accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shop-gustoko.com with your email and order reference number. A return authorisation and shipping instructions will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours. Please do not ship your return without this authorisation, as it will not be processed.

Returns must be shipped with a trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please notify us once you have shipped the item.

GUSTOKO reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise which does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded like customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
