Shipping policy

 

GUSTOKO ships worldwide from our warehouse in Lisbon, Portugal.
Orders are usually fulfilled within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.
Within the EU we ship using UPS Standard service. 
To all other countries we ship using either UPS or TNT/FEDEX.

 

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside of the EU may face additional taxes and duties in the country of delivery.
The Customer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes separately.
Please note that duties and taxes (and shipping costs) are not refundable.
